- DBDino BeslicJul 25, 20251.0I have been a Citi Business customer of this branch for 3 months, and overall have had a bad experience. The customer service and in-person support is consistent missing, and it causes you to lose a lot of time as a business owner. Many better bank options out there. A few examples: (1) my business checking account was opened without ACH capabilities. Try to add ACH to my account requires chasing countless people and automated systems. No one picks up a phone or responds to an email. It feels like shouting into the void. (2) In-person support is not adequate either. The branch is very poorly staffed. Carlos, the manager, is a nice enough guy, and tries to help. Yet the place is staffed with ~3 people and a manager, and every small issue, they say "only the manager (Carlos) can help." 3 people sit around, while the manager juggles multiple clients. Every time I have come in here, it has been a long wait to see the manager. When I finally get to speak with him, he juggles me at the same time as 1 or 2 other clients, so I don't get his full attention. Lastly, it's near impossible to get a call into the manager. Bottom line: take your business elsewhere. I have worked with multiple banks for business banking. Every one had much better customer support than this. Find a true banking partner so you can focus on running your business.
