- JEJames EdwardAug 12, 20251.0I got a closure check from chime bank and I took the check to bank OZK wynwood and deposited the check. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t even recent money yet. They still restricted my account and I’ve been to the bank twice, I spoke to Juan and provided every necessary information needed yet I don’t have access to my account for over 2 weeks. Honestly I didn’t expect this from bank OZK. Give me my money and lift the restrictions on my account please

- KSKat SanchezJun 14, 20231.0Constant errors and problems. The worst was they embarrassed a vendor of mine in front of other customers by accusing her of changing a check. It was the tellers fault as she paid too much on the check- to a DIFFERENT vendor!! They also call every time she cashes a check - and she has been with me 4 years!!! I believe it’s a race issue. I recently asked for an interest increase on account and was told no - it’s only for new clients. No options available at all. They have no customer service snd the teller up front is sloppy and makes mistakes all the time.
- HSHenrique SouzaMay 31, 20161.0They Should Change the Slogan to "Big Money First" instead of "Client First" as they Claim. they're definitely not here to help the local business and clients alike.> the only good thing this bank Have is Jessie she's great and very helpful, but she can only do so much. the "Manager" appears to have no power of decision either, so if you need a check to be clear soon, forget about it!. they put a hold of 5 days on my 5th check from the same trust funds that Iv'e been deposits on the account regularly . closing my account as soon as I can. or as soon as they let my money go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A STAR??? Hell No!
