    Never enough tellers!!! Make you wait while they do their work, instead of taking care of the customers 1st. Today a long line with 7 customers, 1 teller & ATM out of order. Not the 1st time. Very disappointing.

    Horrible customer service experience, can through the door at 11:20 am to open an account after coming from another Truist Bank that was closed even though they were supposed to be open today. The banker said she couldn’t assist me as she had two other clients and that if she does she’ll go over closing time despite me explaining to her that I was leaving the US on Monday!
