    Horrible customer service experience, can through the door at 11:20 am to open an account after coming from another Truist Bank that was closed even though they were supposed to be open today. The banker said she couldn’t assist me as she had two other clients and that if she does she’ll go over closing time despite me explaining to her that I was leaving the US on Monday!

    The reps here are always “busy”, stressed or too bothered that you need to sit down in person even to open a new account. I tried everything even making an appoint online. After showing up for my scheduled appoint, the one person was busy with another client for another 1/2 hour passed the time of the appointment. The other one was on a ph call that would take him an hour. Why offer appoints then? I’m a business owner that live in the neighborhood. I gave up on this Branch. I’ll bring my business somewhere else
