You can be already inside the bank for 20 minutes prior to closing, and they will let wait and tell finally that you have to leave because we are closing in 20 minuets while you are being on premise. Go to Chase and see the difference...

Meanwhile alarms are going off because electrical work is being done during business hours. Terrible customer service. Didn’t meet a single employee with a smile on their face.
- LOL A (Okaylord)Feb 5, 20201.0Long lines, clerks that seem to struggle with the customer and worse of all only one clerk at duty. Sometime you are lucky to have two clerks. Issue is when someone is in line it's high likely going to be a complex issue. The whole line gets back up usually to the door. I am surprised that wellsfargo is understaffed which probably explain this places issue.
- PHPort HendersonDec 4, 20181.0Went to the bank to get a document notarized. After waiting for a long time to see a rep, I sat in front of a lady who is suppose to be a notary. However, she had no idea what to do so she called the Customer Service line and this created another long wait for me. After she hung up she still looked confused as she continued to look at the document. Even after instructions from Customer Service, she still didn't know where to sign or notarize and gave information that made absolutely no sense. So, I left with an unsatisfactory experience. Good thing I also have an account at TD Bank. Went to Miami Shores branch, and was assist by a warm, friendly lady who looked at the document and with confidence and knowledge she immediately knew where to sign and attach her notary stamp. Five star service from TD Bank!!
