Asking personal questions that don’t relate to the transaction or customer service process of verification is unacceptable and should be dealt with customer service training. This is my last time visiting this branch and I will be filling a complaint.

The experience felt almost like dealing with the FBI or the CIA because of the amount of verification and questions they asked. They even mentioned coming to my house to verify my address. In short, it was an uncomfortable process that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone starting a business.” 🤮😡😠😤

It is in relation to a major credit card fraud. I do not solve anything at all, I wrote to him for more than almost two months, he does not respond to calls or emails. Super rude.
