- SSSunshine StateNov 10, 20221.0The absolute WORST banking experience ever. Went to this branch by Pembroke Lake Mall. I simply requested a temporary card, and for them to send my new card to my new address. Well how about a week later, I go to use my temporary card at 11pm at night. And the card declines. I call customer service and they tell me that the card doesn't exist. And that they don't see it in their systems. So of course I'm boiling hot. Well ok cool. I got through it. Now 2 days later I go to the branch and they said yes the card isn't in the system so they're going to shred it, fine. How about the lady tells me well they did order your new card though. But it's getting delivered to my old address in a whole other state. When in fact I gave them my new address for them to send it to and my new phone number. So now my card is delayed. And truist left me out to dry on first night out on the town. How absurd is that?
