- OOozzyOct 3, 20251.0Recently I purchased a luxury vehicle and nearly $55.000 financed from TD bank from dealer so that’s why I came to the one of their brunch in Miami Gardens and they ask me to proof of US citizen or permanent residence card while I’m holding Florida real id and work permit that need additional my home country passport for open business account actually before 3 years ago I opened a chase business account easily with only Id and business EIN was enough to opened my business account it’s weird that they give me nearly $55.000$ car loan didn’t ask passport and work permit when I financed from dealer anyway if you don’t want hard time unless you are not citizen stay away from the TD bank!

I've used the 1-888 number to try to transfer me over to your branch, I've used other people's personal phones (thinking it was just my phone), and I even called the West Miami Gardens branch to try and get me into contact with your branch with no success. With being unable to physically go to your branch ( due to Covid and being temporary out of state) it's been generally impossible to get the help I specifically need from this branch making my money useless. 😑
