- SSstarfoxnesMay 3, 20231.0This bank is crooked. First, they allowed a fraudulent charge on my card which caused me to overdraft. When I addressed the issue with their fraud department they didn't immediately put the money back. Then they charged me an overdraft on the fraud charge and then another overdraft because their overdraft put me over. I put in a balance inquiry and got a copy paste message to contact a representative, which is what a balance inquiry is all about . I emailed the representative and no response. Then my account went over again, but I put the money back almost immediately, then guess what. They charged me 2 overdrafts again. This bank does not only not protect you, but it even steals money from you every chance it gets. It's online customer service is horrible. Stay away from this bank!
