- RMRuben MolinaJan 3, 20261.0I have bank with Wells Fargo and have always loved Wells Fargo until I encountered the rudest Branch Manager Mr. Johnson. One worst customer service experience has happened at this. Worst of all when question their behavior; they would try send you away. Mr Johnson should be replaced and the staff retrained on how to treat customers and a sense of urgency of doing services. I am thinking of closing my accounts and ask my job if we can bank elsewhere.
