- AGAntonio GJul 2, 20251.0All that was asked was for a one time courtesy waiver of the money order $5 fee for a customer who has had their accounts at Wells Fargo for over a decade. Your teller then states that only a manager may approve the waiver, but instead of getting a service or branch manager, you state that we have to wait for a banker. For what? The wait for a banker was atrocious! What a waste of time. All for a small fee!? Is that really any customer service? Why do the managers at this branch need to hide themselves behind their tellers and bankers instead of doing their job properly. You can always tell when a branch has incapable lacking leadership.
