Still, today, I have lived the most embarrassing situation at this location when, while trying to add my wife to my account, the personnel informed me that because my wife is Cuban, extra paperwork and approval are required, she being already an American with all of the benefits that the government gives her. It is so sad that there is a lack of touch and ethnic discrimination in this institution. The individual also justifies himself, complaining that other institutions proceed similarly.
