Es el único banco que no me aprueba una tarjeta desde hace un año. El peor banco!!!! They send me an invitation to apply for a credit card, then they lower my credit score, and on top of that, they don't even approve me! Why did they send me the invitation in the first place? It's the only bank that hasn't approved me for a card in a year. The worst bank ever!

The worst attention you can have, they never give you solutions only complications, additional waiting times are more than an hour just to call to verify a check. I come to this bank only out of necessity and when it’s my turn because otherwise I would NEVER be in their branches. I was attended by a cashier named Luisa, she left me waiting for an hour just to make a call and at the end she gives the check to Valeria, supposed coordinator, to tell me the same thing after almost another hour
