- MRMARIA REYESOct 1, 20251.0This Branch over seen by Martin who says he is the branch manager along with the staff that are under qualified and poorly trained to address any complaints need immediate attention. Fair warning to anyone considering opening an account here, Just don’t do it! Don’t trust your money or your time with this branch. They hold cash deposits at their leisure like if it was in a check form till the next day or till 5 days later when it clears as per our conversation! Since when does cash need clearing days! Corporate office is no better as they can’t track any activity and direct you back to the branch where the employees do the bare minimum to correct the mistake they created. Holding cash funds and not making your money available instantly is very questionable illegal and I have reported to the FDIC for further investigation and requested auditing on this branch. If anyone else has experienced this same problem do share your experience and do as I have and file a complaint with the FDIC. Fraud is a very common situation with in bank branches don’t be a victim. They are regulated in full and need to carry out their job duty as per description. This location should be closed or have well trained employees handle customers money. As per Martin you are an embarrasment to represent any bank organization. You laugh and giggle at concerns and questions from customers. Your attitude shows great representation on how poorly you respect your branch and it’s customers. - TJthebestgamer jrApr 5, 20251.0The bank does not deserve any star but inorder for me to give my review, i was obligated to press one star.Today me and my 16 year was treated poorly by the bank teller and the leader. What ever you do dont Please make an appointment. They don't honor the appointments. I had a planned appointment for my son to open his first personal checking student account that was pre scheduled a week ago by another bank that did had branch leader who can provide service. I made sure rush to appointment and got thete 5 minutes before the appointment. There was only one teller and the libe was almost out the door, while there was only one branch leader in the cubicle office. I waited patiently in line even though I had appointment with the leader, but I noticed that thete was a person inside already. In the meanwhile still waiting the teller line . There was a lady who had an issue with withdrawing money out of her account and took notice that the leader was free so I stated that I had an appointment at 9:15 AM and said took the other lady. Than I asked do you go by appointment and she only said the other lady was first my time was waisted and my son's first experience to open his personal checking account was a nightmare. I do not recommend this bank location not even to my worst enemy . I left there upset and in tears that me and my son waited for over an hour even though we we're otime for our appointment so that the branch leaders takes another walkin Customer before our our pre arranged appointment. I have been a customer over 20 years and today it allowed me to see that yes we are definitely living in the last days because people are being more nasty towards one another, no work ethics, lack of customer service, people don't want to work any more only to collect their checks.it makes a person want to stay home and take your business elsewhere who values people.
