No one at this facility was able to clearly communicate with me what I was trying to do and instead roped me into opening an account before revealing it’d be 7 days for that to clear. Which could have been easily resolved if that was communicated at the time of inquiry. Additionally, as I lost Patience with the incredible inconvenience the person I spoke with, which was a manager stated they would not help me if I was angry. They then Walked away, and passed my needs off to a co worker which to me was extremely unprofessional considering you and your employees caused the issue. It should also be noted that I was not the only customer there that was upset with their customer service and this is also not the first time that this branch has shown problems with their communication. However the predatory banking, awful customer service, and disappoint was enough for this to be my first and last trip to this bank.
