  Maritza is my point of contact. I was referred to her by a friend who does banking with FS and insisted I switch my banking to FS. I did over a year ago and the experience has been easy and stress-free. Maritza has been extremely hands-on, knowledgeable and timely in her responses to all of my questions and requests. I highly recommend her to anyone who’s considering making FS their new banking institution. Thank you Maritza for all of your help!!!!

  I opened my Flagstar account about two years ago and honestly couldn’t be happier. My checking and savings are linked with a great rate, deposits (even large checks) clear super fast, and there’s never any wait when I go in — they always help you right away. The staff is friendly, and the manager, Bill Reynolds, is one of the nicest and most polite people you’ll ever meet. Zelle works very well — I use it a lot with no issues. I originally signed up for the $350 bonus, but I ended up staying because the service and convenience are just that good.

They are always ready to help and handle every request, from wire transfers to withdrawals, with efficiency and care. The service is exceptional, and it’s clear they truly value their customers.   I had an amazing experience with Kettelie at Flagstar Bank! She was so friendly, professional, and patient while helping me open my new account. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Kettelie definitely does. I highly recommend asking for her if you need help with anything . she’s the best!
