  Es acaso el peor banco existente? Lo es. Pésima atención, cero empatía. No atienden a horario ni a los que van con turno. Muy mal organizado y cero predisposición a ayudar

  Pésima atención, hice un depósito por atm, el cajero se quedó con 400 dólares míos y jamás tuve una respuesta. Agote todas las instancias pero jamás me devolvieron mi dinero. Son un desastre. Espere e hice todo durante 3 meses, yendo al banco , llamando, pedí revisar cámaras para que vieran que hice el depósito por ese monto y nada. Realmente son una vergüenza como sucursal.

  The manager there is very nice and was very helpful but my overall experience with Citi bank is ok. They do not have the most user friendly app, require you to do things by phone when other banks have been doing the same thing online for years and make mistakes like send you the wrong card when your check card expires.

  If there were zero stars to describe this branch that would be to much. The Branch Associates make you feel as if you are bothering them. Their job is customer service, and they dont like doing their job. Stay away from this Branch, With so many Banks providing better service go someplace else!
