Just had the most awful and unprofessional experience. I need my check to go through and the words the individual used towards me and attitude was derogatory. On my way out I was laughed at because I'm poor. This is my money that anywhere else I would have received by now. This is definitely the end of my account here. And unfortunately I am hurt by the bullying of the workers there, so now it's my pleasure to return such kindness!! P.s. I wasn't gonna cut someone's funeral short because the bank closes early on Saturday. Must be nice

I has fraudulent activity on my debit card. The Truist Merritt Island office was awesome at helping me out of a very stressful situation. Kudos to the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff.

This branch has a special way of making me hate Truist altogether. This has got to be the grumpiest and slowest bunch of tellers

Worst bank in Brevard. If you want to experience the worst customer service in town, and pay constant fees, bank here

Worst bank in Brevard County. Don't make the same mistake I did. Fees, fees and more fees. I feel like someone just legally stole from me. Don't even walk through their doors they might charge you a fee.
