    Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment by Front Desk Employee Dear wells fargo I visited your location today seeking assistance with my account and was treated with unacceptable disrespect by a front desk employee named Beleisy. When I began asking my questions, she abruptly cut me off and said, “We can’t help someone who is on the phone,” then immediately dismissed me and told the man behind me to go ahead instead. I waited patiently until she finished helping him, but instead of returning to assist me, she walked to the back of the store and ignored me completely. When I politely asked for her name, she repeatedly ignored me. I had to ask several of her coworkers, who also refused to respond. Even the manager remained silent, which was very concerning and unprofessional. In my 20 years of working in customer service, I have never treated a customer the way I was treated today. The level of disregard and lack of accountability from both the employee and management was unacceptable. I hope this matter is addressed seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care.

    We just wanted to update the signers on the account and I couldn’t get a straight forward process from Illiana. We made multiple attempts (4) trying to update the accounts, made an appointment that they wanted to change after making agreements for two in our party to take off of work. I asked to talk to the manager on the second visit but she was too busy. I had attempted at another branch but the wait was 1-2 hours without an appointment. I asked to speak to the manager when they called to tell me my appointment wouldn’t work because the person was going to be out of the branch. Neither time did Holly bother to speak with us. When I showed up for my appointment they realized we were closing the account Holly then found time to see why we were having an issue. We ended up closing the accounts. There are other banks that are much friendlier, faster and accommodating. I would steer clear of Wells Fargo. (Response to your reply: Just maybe if you don’t know who closed two accounts with more than 150k then maybe banking isn’t for you. There’s nothing to address, as the 30 year old accounts are closed. Your canned reply is great though.)
