I called and was told to wait 7 business days and they will send me a pin.. one they were supposed to send prior to the cards arrival.. So now I have to wait 7 days maybe longer to use this account. Customer service was a joke and they redirected my phone calls to other people every time. Plenty of other options out there.. Im closing this account.

- OSOri SotoNov 13, 20251.0Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment by Front Desk Employee Dear wells fargo I visited your location today seeking assistance with my account and was treated with unacceptable disrespect by a front desk employee named Beleisy. When I began asking my questions, she abruptly cut me off and said, “We can’t help someone who is on the phone,” then immediately dismissed me and told the man behind me to go ahead instead. I waited patiently until she finished helping him, but instead of returning to assist me, she walked to the back of the store and ignored me completely. When I politely asked for her name, she repeatedly ignored me. I had to ask several of her coworkers, who also refused to respond. Even the manager remained silent, which was very concerning and unprofessional. In my 20 years of working in customer service, I have never treated a customer the way I was treated today. The level of disregard and lack of accountability from both the employee and management was unacceptable. I hope this matter is addressed seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care.
