  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had an amazing experience with Caralys Fernandez at Wells Fargo in Melbourne, Florida. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process so easy to understand. I felt completely comfortable with her — we laughed, talked, and honestly had a really great time. Caralys is so genuine and kind, with an AWESOME vibe! She’s a super sweet person who truly cares about helping people, and it shows. Highly recommend seeing her if you need anything at the bank! I can’t say enough about her! STELLAR, STELLAR, STELLAR! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS ALL DAY LONG!

  If you’re hoping for actual help here, forget it. The staff won’t even try—they’ll happily tell you, ‘You’re smart enough to figure it out yourself.’ Meanwhile, they sit there, perfect posture, smiles on, looking busy while doing… well, nothing. Watching them is like a masterclass in pretending to work. And if you’re curious, yes, you might even wonder… how much do they get paid for this performance?

  Not hard to see why they have a 2.9 star rating at this branch. The tellers were next level rude. Im politly asking for change and thats a big hassel? I get you need change for everyone but once you told me you did not have enough cents to spare you just said thanks for coming and walked away. Did not ask if i had any other business to do here or if i had a business acct which i do. Rude as hell and this is not the first time i have had problems with wells fargo.

  We have been banking with Wells Fargo for the last few years and I am extremely happy with everything that they offer. Their bankers have helped us tremendously to look at our finances and showed us the best way to consolidate our debt to be able to pay it off in a timely manner. We recently opened up a new small business account and have been very satisfied with what they offer. Last week we had an issue with a fraudulent experience on our business account and we went into the branch and were taken care of the banker assigned to us, Sarah. She helped process a claim against the company that had taken a large sum out of our account and assured us that Wells Fargo would thoroughly investigate the charge and their team would have an answer for us within 10 business days. Although this was a very stressful experience for us to go through as a new business just starting out, we were reassured by Sarah that Wells Fargo was on our side! The issue has been resolved within the time frame and we are very satisfied with the protection that Wells Fargo provides.
