So I asked the guy Fredy at the counter, if it‘s possible. No problem. He did it an did an excellent job. So I was very happy.

They are rude on all levels I spoke to somebody at the branch Hillary Byrd was rude to me and told me she didn't care what other banking apps can do that I need to get my train of thought off at and change my train of thought. She was very rude in the way she said that and handle that. Their online banking app will not save your info to make a payment so this is a real pain that I have to pull up my routing number and account number every time I go to make a payment. going to see what I can do to get this loan change to one of my other five banks that I bank with and do not have this problem with.
