Even though I live closer to another branch, I happened to stop at this one while running errands near Wickham Road—and I’m so glad I did. I would gladly drive out of my way in the future just to experience the same level of care, kindness, and service I was met with today. The 2 cashiers tending the drive through and windows had a problem. Only one of them, Paul, knew how to get their system working. People fed-up with the drive through wait just recovered their checks, deposits what ever and drove off. .I think Truist are missing their customer caring mark!!!
