- DCDale CNov 19, 20255.0I've been coming to this Branch for a few years now to make a deposit for work and everyone here is always nice, friendly, and and usually I'm in and out pretty quickly. Plus, unlike the branch down the street, their ATMs are not always down. Recently I unfortunately had some suspicious activity on my checking account. After talking to the fraud division on the phone I stopped in and talked to Jace. He was friendly, professional, and after explaining some things to me and answering my questions, I had a new checking account opened and was in and out in 15 minutes (I did make an appointment). Thanks everyone Update: I had another situation that I needed help with and this time I spoke to Keley, and she was such a big help. Also friendly, professional, and she resolved my situation in less than 5 minutes. Thanks Keley!

I took out a HELOC loan and the interest rate increased multiple times within notification and there has been a plethora of ongoing hidden fees. Even as I pay it off - instead of just lowering my principle they continue to skim or interest fees that weren’t due until 2030! I have an incredible credit score and yet have paid over 3000$ in hidden fees and an interest rate that is insane.

After the ordeal which was highly unexpected and NOT my error by any means the woman wouldn't even help the situation and made me feel awful with no excuse just call this #.. I left and went to the branch on Wickham and Lake Washington where they immediately made a call and had the situation taken care of and apologized for the inconvenience!
