    The only drive thru ATM they have & it's always "out of service" more often than not. They only have 1 drive thru lane open on some of the most busy times. So you go inside and there's only 1 person working the front. This bank is very poorly run. It was definitely better when it was a SunTrust.

    I went to a Truist branch near my job because I needed to withdraw money without my debit card, which I had misplaced. When I pulled into the parking lot, I parked several spaces away from another car. A couple of minutes later, that same car moved directly next to me. The driver, who was wearing a Truist name tag, never got out of her vehicle but rolled down her window and spoke to me from her car. She said, “I couldn’t even tell if you were in there,” and then asked why I was there. After I explained, she told me the branch could help once they opened at 9 a.m. if I had my ID. She then added that no one is allowed to wait in the parking lot before they open. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, the interaction left me uncomfortable and unwelcome. If this is truly a policy, it should be clearly posted — not delivered in a dismissive way from a car window. It also raises a serious concern: was this treatment racially motivated? Is this employee racist?
