- APAllison PojanowskiNov 2, 20251.0We had chosen TD Bank specifically because of lobby hour and that my parents bank with TD and have *a lot* of money to the tune of $200,000. Today a line of people, including one couple who had an appointment at 11:00 AM with an appointment reminder, were turned away because only 2 employees were present. Only drive through was available. Apparently one employee called out because she fell. Come on, they had until 11:00 today to get another employee in. Some customers came a half early. Courtesy should have been to put up the message on the door at 10:30, not as they did right at 11:00. I was setting my daughter up with a checking and savings account with $15,000. We are going to Wells Fargo tomorrow instead.
