- MCMary Jo CurtinJun 17, 20232.0I have always been very impressed with this location! In fact, I’ve told several employees how much I enjoy coming to this location. Today was different! I came in to get a contract for deed notarized. The teller was chatting with someone and quickly asked what they could do for me. The person (not an employee) they had been talking with moved about a foot down from the teller window. The teller began asking me information about the contract which I fully understood them asking. I began saying a bit of the info but did not feel comfortable with the other person just a bit away. So, I turned and asked the person to please move further away as this was confidential information. That person was upset but that didn’t bother me as I felt I had the right to ask them to move since the teller wasn’t asking them. What did upset me was the attitude of the teller! They immediately changed their demeanor, didn’t look at me the rest of the time and there was no pleasant engagement as I left. This has never been the case in the past!

- ALAustin LittleNov 22, 20171.0I went to withdrawal money from my account on 11/20/17 from the TD bank location on North Wickham, Melbourne FL; When I asked for a cashiers check the teller took 10 minutes on the computer before telling me that she needed to make sure my money was not fraud.....? So this teller is snooping threw my account and the account of another TD member who on the 19th transferred money from his TD account to a new TD account that I opened for this transaction. (I sold him a motorhome). So the teller wouldn't give me my money until she looked to see that I was not a scam or that the individual who transferred the money wasn't a scam. So the money that is in the TD bank that is federally insured is possible to be a scam when the money wasn't deposited from an outside account? I have never been treated like a criminal at a bank in my life. I closed my account that instant and told the manager that this is the most discriminating and rude experience I have ever had at a bank. I would fire this teller immediately. EDIT: I was given a phone call from TD Corporate immediately after posting this review to tell me how sorry and unprofessional they were, also that the bank responsible in no way represents how TD treats their customers. ZERO stars; YOU LOST MY BUSINESS
