Easy to spot her, as she is the only Asian working there. Ellen is rude, with a know-it-all attitude, and poor customer service skills. Her voice alone is annoying, and her tone reflects her poor attitude towards the subject or the person they're addressing. A simple cash checking could take an hour: if she can make things difficult and complicated, she will.

She invited me to sit down at her desk and apply for my new account.I did not hesitate, as she was confident and gorgeous. I believe her name was Lisa. Yes I'm sure it was Lisa. She made my application process seamless and efficient. ( did I mention she was super hot ?) Anyway , needless to say ,I'm hooked on TD Bank. If only all TD branches could have a manager as fine as Lisa. :) Thanks Alex
