- TAtracey autenDec 13, 20251.0Absolutely horrible BANK they close my accounts without notifying me and wouldn’t give me my money that was in the accounts said they would mail me a check and couldn’t tell me when it would be mailed several thousands of dollars that they’re holding right now and the branch manager Kim talked to my husband like he was a criminal Very unprofessional and rude branch manager is never there Do yourself a favor do NOT BANK HERE

- KKKentApr 8, 20212.0I’ve had great experiences at other center state banks. This bank is still not open to foot traffic due to covid. There’s a glass shield between you and the teller and this restriction really feels like overkill. My vehicle does not fit in the drive through so I had to walk with my prosthetic foot. I was then informed there’s a $5 fee for each cashiers check. It was cheaper for me to use services at another bank I wasn’t even a member. I’m now in the process of changing banks.

BUT I must say this, if you are looking for a secured bank that knows you by your name and recognizes you when you walk thru the door, This is the place for you.
