    Live ouit of town and needed to deposit a check coming back to Marianna to visit. Jordan answered the phone and helped answer all m y questions. Would highly recommend her to help anyone!

    The worst and most shaddy staff. My dad sent a thousand bucks and its been a week and my money is still not in the account. And then, when Bobby opened up my account since I had a bank account prior to that he didn't check to see if my phone number was still the same.So my old email that I originally had is still linked to my profile and I'm not able to change it.And they're not able to change it.And when I call customer service, they can't verify me.So they're technically human trafficking me through the bank system. Cause i've never had access to my online mobile banking as a thirty five year old woman. I did report the bank to the FBI for human trafficking.Because it's every day essential thing.As an adult that I would need to use to navigate my life successfully.And for whatever reason your company can't provide me basic essentials that I should have that I would be able to get any other company. Even something as big as that.Because in order for someone to stay here as an immigrant, they have to be able to provide a USA bank and that they have some type of financial institution here in America to stay here with a green card.So I was just curious to know who's using mine. Losers.

    I don't recommend them at all. My identity was stolen from them and they did not even care. They let someone open an account online in my name without even verifying the person at all. They said that they would look into it and call us. They never did. They even said their fraud team would call us. Yeah right they never did. We finally paid our loan off and we will never use them again. My life is still messed up that identity theft and they could care less about it.
