- BABruce AllenNov 14, 20251.0This branch location is by far the worst Wells Fargo location. Every time I need to go inside they have one or two bank tellers and it takes a minimum of 25 to 30 minutes to get in and out of there I have another account at Chase Bank just down the street and when I go in there I'm in and out and just minutes I asked the manager Jacqueline why they consistently have issues with people having to wait stupid amounts of time and the manager Jacqueline told me to go to a faster location in a different city I'm just blown away so my thinking is I'm just going to move over to Chase Bank were they smile to you and they are friendly and they don't tell you to go to a bank that's faster that's in a totally different City

Bigger than any other bank I've been to second, the parking - it's easy and plentiful, exclusively for a Wells Fargo. Lastly, I came in on a Saturday to open two joint accounts, and Lois - the accounts manager - was very courteous and friendly, and took her time to explain everything to us and made the whole process easy.

She told me wait a second and walked away from her desk . Honestly this place is very shitty! I am the CUSTOMER and you are the EMPLOYEES! It's a shitty customer experience! I even tried to withdraw cash on 2 different machines because the first one was not working.I requested help on that too! That's why y'all only have 2 star reviews DO BETTER!!
