- MMMonicaOct 29, 20251.0I dealt with the most unpleasant bank teller I have ever encountered at any Truist. Rude, unfriendly and unapologetic. Middle aged lady with short, darkish hair. Not my regular location and I'm grateful for that! What horrible customer service.

My husband has cancer and she didn’t express any sympathy. I have been banking at this bank for around 25 years and I’m ready to switch. I’ve had a couple nice tellers but they are no longer there.
