From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Souvenson Mirand, who was beyond helpful, exceptionally accommodating, and truly delivered superb service. He took the time to go over all of my financial options in detail, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.   Comment is specific to this location only. Choose another location. I went to this location and the atm is always not functioning properly. On another occasion, I referred my son to this bank and he went in to open an account with a cash deposit. Then several weeks went by and the cash deposit was still not showing in his account.It took several phone calls and him to physically go in only to be told that the monies were found and had been deposited into someone else’s account.

  This is the slowest bank. Long waits on simple matters and employees are slow.

  The employees here have helped me tremendously. When I was fighting a dispute they were always happy to answer my questions, sit down with me and take my calls. They helped me to win the case sooner than anticipated. I wish they still had their old hours (some TD banks were open until 8 PM) it was very convenient but otherwise, good bank, nice people!
