Magged. He is unprofessional, rude, and just downright unkind. He lied and told me an account was closed when I asked but it was never closed. That account still accepted autopayments to go through and racked up a bunch of overdraft fees when he said he closed out and then they pulled money from my current account to cover it. When I went in there he told me "oh well I guess you lost that money" Screw you dude. I have bills to pay, a toddler to feed, not that he cares. I will bank with trustco again.

Maged Sawires was able to help me with buying 2 houses and refinance too and equity loan as well. It was an easy and fast process that other banks are not doing and give hard time. With Maged it was fast and easy and no tons of paper requirements. The good thing about trustco bank is there is no closing cost bank fee which is great. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family as well as working with Maged. He is professional and cares a lot about his clients and gives lots of good advices not just to sell but he cares about his clients satisfaction and not just getting a buck closing a deal. He makes it right to keep his clientele and for them to come back.
