    I wanted to share an experience that I had today was Marilyn McGrath had to Maitland branch in Florida both she and the bank manager, Maged Always treat me like I’m the most important client have a stop what they’re doing eat my needs to special credit request with a smile and a pleasant personality in and professionalism A+

    TO start there's a reason why this branch is getting so many negative reviews. I agree with the other negative reviews that complained about the branch manager MR. Magged. He is unprofessional, rude, and just downright unkind. He lied and told me an account was closed when I asked but it was never closed. That account still accepted autopayments to go through and racked up a bunch of overdraft fees when he said he closed out and then they pulled money from my current account to cover it. When I went in there he told me "oh well I guess you lost that money" Screw you dude. I have bills to pay, a toddler to feed, not that he cares. I will bank with trustco again.
