When you place a hold on someone's deposit with no explanation, the last thing you expect is some snarky response by Brooke of "I can give you check back and you can go somewhere else." Save yourself the headache and use another bank!

Called before showed up figured as a member of Wells Fargo (but from out of town) would have. I only need 5$ in quarters to dry clothes. Who ever answered phone said no, only to business accounts. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years never like y’all. This is just another excuse to change banks if not will to help someone who has been banking with y’all for years . Poor customer service, will take my money elsewhere

The tellers always welcome you as you come in the door and the bankers are more than willing to help with any issues. I don't agree with the previous comment- I have been in to see Travis multiple times while he helped me with my IRA, with a power of attorney I have over my mother, and to set up a savings account for my baby girl. He was knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions each time I came by the branch. This is a good bank with people who will listen and truly care!
