    When having issues with other branches , this id the branch to go to if you want excellent customer service. Michael and Karen are amazing and helped me a lot with some banking needs. 5 stars for these two wonderful folks! They are the best and I trust them to handle any problems.

    I love this branch everyone is super nice and helpful, I literally go out of my way to go to this branch, they try to know you as a person and not just a number, or bank account. I really have no clue how other people are saying they are not friendly I NEVER have had that experience.

    Do not ever have their ATM machine reboot and eat your cash deposit because they will not issue a credit right away. You have to wait 3-5 business days. And told they are going to do a "memo credit" and they run into trouble doing it, you do not get a phone call. Very poor customer service! !!!
