The branch manager was very rude to my son and I - I am fine with making an appointment but instead of repeating yourself, rolling your eyes and acting like I was a major inconvenience to you, offering to make me an appointment when I asked if I should wait or come back another day would have gone much better. Things escalated a bit (again he was super rude) and on the way out asked me if I could read the sign on the door - can I READ? Um, yes, I can and I can also take my high value account to another bank.

I felt disrespected and as a manager he should've acted more PROFESSIONAL and treat customers the way he wants to be treated. I will be closing my account and go to a bank where I get treated with more respect. Grow up dude.
