Since it required a notary, I showed up at the bank with the documents needed, but none of the paperwork filled out and no appointment. Melissa was fantastic. I basically dumped my paperwork on her desk and with great patience she separated what was to be copied, filled out and mailed to the loan department. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism
