This bank deserves no stars. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service especially from the branch manager Christopher Perez and Lisette the senior relationship banker. Beware, they lie, holler their voices, and laugh in your face. I am a long time client but won't be anymore. I will find a bank that will value and respect me. Shame on the staff at this bank.

I always go inside to handle any business, no matter how small. The tellers are wonderful and an absolute joy. Some of the warmest people you'll ever meet. John, the manager, is awesome and has always made sure I get the best service each time.

Went there in Saturday , waited 30 minutes before someone greeted me and asked me what I am there for , one of the personal bankers was on his cell phone and didn't even bother getting up and talk to me , not very good Managment
