Very unprofessional and terrible customer service especially from the branch manager Christopher Perez and Lisette the senior relationship banker. Beware, they lie, holler their voices, and laugh in your face. I am a long time client but won't be anymore. I will find a bank that will value and respect me. Shame on the staff at this bank.
