Had been doing business here for years then all new faces and no one cares to remember my name or face and when I come in it is..."can I see your id?" And, no one cares to remember my name and face over many encounters. Also, the "team" should be called a "pack" because they talk about clients behind their backs in front of other customers and end up laughing at clients after they leave while rolling their eyes and behaving in a completely unprofessional manner. Really?
- JGJim GAug 16, 20213.0On Aug 16,I went into withdraw money from my checking account,and I did not get a single hello or how are you doing..which is not a big deal.. but the whole affair was so weird. Left there feeling like I did something wrong to the clerk...which I didn't. I don't need to keep my money at SunTrust..but I do because customer service is usually great. Not sure why the clerk was so standoffish with me.
