She is light years better than our previous advisor. Michelle took the time to really understand our portfolio and learn about our financial objectives and desires. She then made recommendations that made sense for us. As important to her financial acumen, is Michelle's and her teams responsiveness and service. The main reason we switched providers is because our previous one misunderstood what we wanted and did not execute on simple transactions when desired and we often had to call and remind them to get it done.
