    Nothing like being ignored, to make someone's day. Walked in and two tellers each working with customers doing things that take extra time. I was the only one waiting in line, so when one teller finished with that customer, I was not greeted or acknowledged till I started walking over . I thought it was my turn. But then she gave a dismissive "Someone will be with you". No hello, no smile, nothing. Well the other teller was still busy so I continued waiting. Then two ladies walked in and the teller who dismissed me, gave them a warm greeting and asked " How can I help you two ladies?" Then they started a chat fest. She had time to answer their questions, but she couldn't have taken me, or asked me how I could be helped?! I was simply ignored and dismissed . That was rude . I'm so over it, with people who have bad manners.

    Lighthouse Point FL branch Greg and Christen were very helpful today with my banking issue. After a few phone calls they were able to resolve the issue and were able to quickly fix it for me. Thanks

    This is the 2 time I come for notary service and I always wait nobody acknowledges you to even ask what service you need. What a shame that they have preferences and until you walk out the door someone comes and ask what do you need help with. I was aware that this time someone was ahead of me but very lack of professionalism. I would rather pay then go here again. I honestly write this review because I cannot believe that this happens often!!! very ashamed on the customer service attention

    Went to this Wells Fargo today. Talk about "old school" service. Wow. Spent over an hour with Edgardo Garcia who is awesome. He fully understands customer satisfaction and getting everything done perfectly. Would definitely want him for my personal banker. He even stayed after closing!!!!! Cant say enough good things about this branch.
