There was one teller who thought it was more important to engage in conversation with the customer then to have a sense of urgency. I understand you want to be friendly but when you're sitting in line and nothing is being done but talking and the guys sitting on the phone walking around it is frustrating I left and I will never come back to this location again as this has happened a few times

Make an appointment, and confirm it, and you still wait while they help walk ins. It's literally the most backwards run establishment. I just moved to the area but will drive out of my way to ANY OTHER WELLSFARGO for assistance in the future. It's a waste of time.
