- AHAndree HammondJun 14, 20255.0I saw there were some poor reviews, but it must be the Time of Day because every time I’ve been in the Lighthouse Point branch I’ve not waited long in line and when I had to speak to a manager, I didn’t wait very long for her either, so possibly when I go in the middle of the day there are less customers. I also used this bank when visiting Canada, being able to pull Canadian dollars from the ATM was very helpful.
- ELEric LeechAug 16, 20245.0I came in at 4:50 on a Friday. Tia helped me get a new debit card after my wallet was stolen. I walked out at 5pm with a new debit card . The whole thing and interaction was nice and easy. I tried the same thing at chase just before and was turned away with no help and maybe I get a card Monday at the earliest. - JMJ MaysAug 1, 20191.0Waited on line 30 minutes just to get to the front and have a teller and a manager tell me I cannot do a cash advance from my debit card at TD bank to pay my vendor who has an account with Td Bank. Got in my car drove to the TD bank 1 mile up the road and they did it for me in 30 seconds. Never bank with this branch. Waste of time!! Terrible customer service. Zero stars.
