  TD Bank failed me as a business owner. A same-day wire domestic wire was delayed for hours with no communication, no resolution, and no sense of urgency. This delay directly caused me to lose a sale. If your business depends on fast payments and reliable wire transfers, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

  Worse customer service specially agent Mr. Zildmore . He thought customers work for him and he is the boss.

  RUDE RUDE RUDE. I am HIGHLY considering switching banks. The tellers at this location treat you as though you are a pain in the butt. They don't want to help you. They want to do as little as possible in order to make THEIR lives easier. Try training your staff on customer service. Never re-visiting this branch again. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Rude bank personnel. The ATM machine broke while my card was inserted in it, I was trying to withdrawal money, obviously. The branch wasn't open yet (it was 8:22 am but it didn't open until 8:30 am) but the machine was broken so I tried to get the attention of a teller inside, politely of course. She failed to even get off of her chair from across the entire branch to speak with me. She sat there and yelled across the whole branch. I said, "I cannot hear you, please come closer". She SLAMMED her drawer shut and marched over after asking her 3 times to get closer so I can simply hear her. She rudely said, "WE AREN'T OPEN TO HELP YOU YET". I said, "Well how am I supposed to get my debit card back and my cash it is STILL trying to withdraw"? So much for "America's Most Convenient Bank". Thank you for the negative experience. I will now be switching banks.

  Very slow. I waited 1 hour and no one helped me. The point is bank was empty.
