- MMMichael McIntoshDec 23, 20251.0I came in one day at the beginning of December to see about getting a loan. I was asked to wait in the lobby. After about 30 minutes I realized that I wasn't going to get any help. I was told that they were all booked up that day and they would try and squeeze me in. If I had been told that from the beginning I would have made an appointment for another day. Bad! When I came back the next day for my appointment I was unable to secure a loan. She couldn't really tell me why, but I think I figured it out. Wells Fargo sent me a letter asking for verification of my address. Which I thought was strange, since I had been a account holder for years. Upon studying the letter I saw that there was a different address listed. So it looks like she entered the wrong address (one number was off) which I'm sure was the reason I was declined. Overall a very disappointing experience with actual human interaction. I guess I'll stick to just online banking from here on out.
- JBJ BNov 26, 20251.0I agree everytime you go in u wait in the teller line for atleast 3 mins and usually only have 1 or 2 tellers at max helping.. they are nice but it's ridiculous. And they always have issues with the ATM machines not working!

The customer service at the Lehigh acres location is absolutely horrible , I went in because someone got ahold of my debt cards and I needed help now so I could get paid this week . I’m had no problem waiting in line but was basically told to go home and call he customer service number because they were we not going to help me .ok fine . I have been with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years and in the last year have had my cards stolen 6 times , now that is almost impossible . So I will be switching banks . And the customer service just confirmed that .
