The customer service at the Lehigh acres location is absolutely horrible , I went in because someone got ahold of my debt cards and I needed help now so I could get paid this week . I’m had no problem waiting in line but was basically told to go home and call he customer service number because they were we not going to help me .ok fine . I have been with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years and in the last year have had my cards stolen 6 times , now that is almost impossible . So I will be switching banks . And the customer service just confirmed that .
- DBDeb BSep 3, 20252.0I had some checks to deposit, which were rather a large amount. I was told the checks had to be verified. At first I got a phone call on my phone. Looking for the checkmaker, that was an error. Then I was told to sit in the lobby which I did for about 45 minutes. Finally, the teller brought me back up and said they were unable to verify the checks and so therefore they will not deposit into my account. I had already contacted the check maker to make sure they were ready to answer their phone. The teller. came back after 45 minutes and told me they would not deposit the checks. I took my checks, drove Fifteen minutes to another wells fargo and deposited those checks within five minutes.
