No other clients. Watched the atm eat someone’s card and the bank tell them there’s nothing they can do. Find another place

It has taken 3 times to finally get my accounts linked but can only link my personal account through my business (which I rarely use). Since I rarely use the business account and there was a charge made for my website, there was an overdraft. They would not waive the overdraft fees. There have been other issues along the way as well and I have had it! SWITCHING BANKS!!!

- MBMarkita BankinsSep 11, 20251.0Ever since the merge this bank sucks. Due to my work hours I have to rely on the ATM. I’m ok with that but one ATM and the one ATM being the same line as a teller is the issue. If I try during normal hours I have to sit and wait for the person at the teller to finish for me to get access to the ATM. Why can’t they just use two teller lines and a line for ATM use only? 85% of the time the ATM either is not working or not accepting deposits of any type. I hoped for change but still nothing. I will just move to another bank.
