- RSRonald SalleyDec 20, 20231.0Wells fargo has closed my business account. The Loss prevention department say they never received any of the documentation or info. i went back and forth from the bank three times to give them. The copies of my id and ssc were never sent to them or loaded on my profile. This is the most horrible experience i have had dealing with a bank. Michael, shredded my info as soon as I walked out of the building, then he called me to come back and do it again, not to mention he originally put my birth date in the system wrong initially. Maybe this is what cause all the confusion. This was a horrible experience for a customer to go through joining your company. I can't ever get this time back, I wasted with your company. You could never get my business again....
