Don't even have words to share how bad our experience was with this bank. To many to even begin. Switched to Censtate and such a difference. The warm southern hospitality mixed with high standards and professionalism are so welcomed. Loving the experience at Centerstate.

Extremely bad customer service the teller Mrs Simmons was very rude No customer service skills at all. I have been with Suntrust for over 30 years and I have never have been treated that bad in any establishment.
Long lines disorganized place and did not even look clean.
What a difference compare the great service always willing to help in Hickory Flat Georgia
I hope they get their act together is to bad.
Almost closed my bank account but you can not judge good apples with a bad one only.
