At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Unfortunately the situation you see here is typical in nature in regards to this particular location. As you see in the pictures provided in this review only one teller is present and multiple clients are in line to process their transactions. At this current point I have been waiting 27 minutes(I set a timer upon entry)with minimal progress in the line. I would highly recommend avoiding this location and seeking other alternatives.

This location has always been super friendly and taken care of my needs. The tellers always have a smile and the manager Phillip always is available to help whenever needed. Thanks for your support.

Save yourself mass amounts of frustration and use a different bank. Trust seems to enjoy to refuse customers access to their money.
