- AOAnthony O'LearyNov 13, 20251.0Can you give fewer than 1 star? The TD is for TDious!!! I’ve had more than a couple bad experiences here. Today was the ATM was down. So I went inside to withdraw some cash. 2 tellers there. 1 was helping someone the other was not. I went to the one that was not… I tell I need withdraw some cash, she tells me that she ONLY does deposits and I’ll have to wait for the other teller.. ok… I wait……. and wait………. and wait……. 11 minutes behind a guy making a deposit. There was no counting involved… A deposit of checks.. FINALLY…. He tells me to insert my card and nothing happens. He tells me to try again. Nothing…. He asks for my card and lectures me on how to insert my card…. Come to find out I’ve been doing it wrong my whole life….. TDious! Is there a “good” bank!?!?!? If I can find a “good” bank I will leave TD in a second!!! I DREAD having to do ANY in person banking with TD!! Always something wrong and always a rude teller!! Do better
- PLPaul LewisSep 19, 20255.0This is the best banking service that I have ever had at any bank in all of South Florida. They are professional, kind and very helpful. When I've made mistakes, they've come to my rescue, and recently when I had a hacker trying to clean out my accounts, again they made sure that they saved me from major headaches. From the tellers at the drive through window to the tellers and officers inside, they are very understanding and extremely thorough. I only wish that they were around over my first 55 years of having a bank account here in South Florida. Their weekend service is simply awesome, and I am so happy for the convenience and the ability on Saturday and Sunday to speak with and deal with a human being. Yes, I Love and appreciate TD Bank, and especially this one in particular. Awesome!!! 💖💖💖💖💖
