- NTNicole TuggleSep 26, 20251.0I’ve had only good experiences with the tellers before today. Drive Thru banker offered to help me at the counter. First of all, acted like I was a burden the whole time. I had to do multiple deposits for multiple business accounts, but I always put the money in order, have an ID handy, have the acc numbers neatly written, just to make things extra easy for the tellers. He rudely asked “We can’t do it all at one time?” And I told him no. But then, he kept asking “how many more?” And eventually said “I need to help this other customer so this has to be the last one.” Like… I am also a customer and a customer that was here FIRST, mind you. If he was so incredibly busy, then he really shouldn’t have even offered to help; I was perfectly comtent to wait on an available teller. He was extremely rude and I will make sure that my next deposits are done with a much nicer teller.
