- MFMichelle FernandezAug 22, 20231.0Honestly, the worst Wells Fargo ever and they deserve 0 stars. Ashley in the drive thru can't get deposits right. She should be confirming checks and cash in deposits instead of saying something is short without confirming. Time and time again, I am having to hand over money that was in the deposit because she failed to do her job. She seems to be the ONLY one at this branch who consistently makes mistakes on our deposits and NEVER gives a detailed receipt of the deposit. We spent over an hour trying to call the branch and nobody answered the phone. Finally, I believe his name was Michael, answered the phone but, was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak. Instead, he stated a branch manager would need to call me back but, they were not there at the time. I told him I was trying to ask a simple question about basic math but, he again spoke over me stating he is refusing to help me. I said fine, I will wait for the branch manager to call and asked for his name and he hung up on me. Not a way to treat clients especially when our entire corporation banks with you.
