It was very hard and emotional. The man working upstairs came down, asked if I had an appointment, then became really aggressive when I said no. I got up and walked to the door, he barked at me. I said I would make an appointment and he just cut me off " saying thank you for banking with Wells Fargo, over and over. Thanks for helping a grieving widow.

It's so bad they literally had the drive thru closed. This place is to be great, now all the branches seem to suck. Time for a new bank.

- THTroy HottJun 28, 20252.0We have banked here for over 8 years. We chose Wells Fargo because of their numerous locations. We can go anywhere in Florida and make a large purchase and there is a Wells Fargo usually within minutes to complete the transaction. On the negative side, the Largo / Ulmerton branch is poorly ran. They never have enough staff and there is usually a long wait time to conduct a transaction. Went there 06/26/25 to make a deposit through the drive thru and all lanes were closed, so I went inside and there was only one teller working. I waited way to long to get up to the teller and when I asked why the drive thru lanes were closed, she informed me that they were understaffed and that the drive thru lanes wouldn't be open for another two weeks. Now everyone that I have ever dealt with at Wells Fargo has always been very pleasurable to deal with. This being said there is obviosly a problem at the management level to have your customers this inconvenienced over and over. Looks like I am not the only customer having this experience.
