Wells Fargo - do better ... pulled up to the drive thru, no cars in line with one check to cash today around 10am -- probably 4 minutes passed before a teller came to the window -- I said please cash in 10's and 20's. She said OK but will be a moment --- wait ... what ... almost 10 minutes went by --- I asked what is happening and she responded -- I had to buy 10's". Ok when I was a teller, we started our day with money in our drawers in all denominations -- I was not asking for 100 dollar bills. Is there only one employee running the whole branch??? -- with some dude walking back and forth behind her ... doing nothing !!! This is unacceptable!

Very unhelpful. None caring. You go in to ask a question they say you have to have an appointment. Looking for a different bank that cares about there customers.

Had a great experience at Wells Fargo thanks to Marko Nikolic. He greeted us with a warm smile, helped us quickly, and made the whole process smooth again. The best part — he remembered us from our visit a month ago. Exceptional service and professionalism. Wells Fargo is lucky to have him!

I lost my husband in February and was told to wait 6 months before removing him from my account. I had some quick questions and stopped by this branch. It was very hard and emotional. The man working upstairs came down, asked if I had an appointment, then became really aggressive when I said no. I got up and walked to the door, he barked at me. I said I would make an appointment and he just cut me off " saying thank you for banking with Wells Fargo, over and over. Thanks for helping a grieving widow.

Went to this location yesterday. Absolutely the worst customer service!!!
I asked to speak to someone about my account and had to wait 45 minutes before I spoke to anyone.
Finally the manager was completely unprofessional, brash, and dismissive.
I decided to just leave. Might bank somewhere else. I don't recommend this location AT ALL
