This staff today at the East Bay Largo branch was the most attentive and best service yet. Outstanding. Joe Hutchins and his staff were engaging and took interest in how my day was going. I enjoyed doing business with them and have decided to make them my main branch. Banking was fun with them. I left smiling

He's impossible to get ahold of, won't return calls, condescending laughs at your concerns, THEN last minute, turns down the loan and screws you over with NO WARNING-after assuring you that "everything is fine". I have NO idea how this man is still employed there. I have no idea how he sleeps at night! Of course, after the fact, I do my own google search to find that this guy is blasted ALL OVER THE INTERNET. Shame on me for not checking, so hopefully someone reading this will be warned before making the same mistake!
