I’ve worked with other banks that imitate customer service but the people at TD care and have some authority to make things happen. Other banks often refer you to their 800 service which is a joke. However in the case of TD Bank, all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you TD team!!

I have a business account, a personal account, as well as an account for son and was refused $5 in penny rolls because she said she has to save them for business customers..ridiculous! I would call ahead if it were a large change order but it was $5. She was loud and rude and purposely made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. I left and went to 5/3rd across the street where I was warmly greeted upon entering, and was given penny rolls with no account there! I will be moving all 3 accounts to 5/3rd!
